It seems so easy. HGTV and similar networks make it look so easy. It can be easy but, only if you plan. Also learn how deep breathe. You would be suprised how often that comes in handy. You would also be surprised at how stressful a simple remodel can be let alone one that is complex like a kitchen or a bathroom. The germination period is critical because it will be the infrastructure the entire weight of your project sits on. Like any healthy plant you want to make sure your conditions are right and that you allow ample time for your project to take root so that it will be resilient to stresses like delays, replacements, unforeseen fixes, missed dates, re-scheduling, backorders, damages, and the human factor.
